To provide the necessary formation tools to members of prayer groups and communities, who, as disciples and missionaries, begin their relationship with God and with one another. This will be achieved through openness and docility to the promptings of the Holy Spirit and through authentic self-knowledge and an understanding of their inner healing process. And, as part of the Mystical Body of Christ, to discern their vocation and feel the need to evangelize by putting into practice the gifts and charisms received through ongoing Baptism in the Holy Spirit.

All these modules are grouped into: a relationship with God, a relationship with oneself, and a relationship with one's brothers and sisters. In other words, a life of integral human relationship.

The Basic Formation Modules (BFM) are implemented in stages within the Catholic Charismatic Renewal in Peru. We begin with the National Coordination, in conjunction with the National Formation Ministry, with the participation of representatives from each region and diocese. These brothers and sisters, who have received God's first gift, then share this formation with all the leaders in their region or diocese, including those responsible for ministries, zone coordinators, and prayer group leaders. Finally, the service team of each Prayer Group is called to disseminate the BFM to all members who have persevered after completing their Life in the Spirit Seminar (LIS).

The Basic Formation Modules (BFM) consist of a sequence of topics and workshops. For their implementation, we have created GUIDELINES and BOOKS for each MODULE, which can be purchased by those who organize or share the teachings on the topics and, according to their discernment, prepare the appropriate materials for their presentations. Each topic is linked to practical workshops, which help to deepen understanding and apply the teachings received. We recommend purchasing these documents at the National Bookstore of the Catholic Charismatic Renewal in Peru.

We are happy to share some of the content from the Basic Formation Modules of the Catholic Charismatic Renewal of Peru. We invite you to access each module and review the respective topics to deepen your understanding together of this formation that the Holy Spirit has prepared for all our brothers and sisters in the Catholic Charismatic Renewal of Peru.
